Our philosophy at The Venue is that you and your party should feel
welcome and that your dinner experience should be enjoyed, not rushed.
We take limited bookings and focus on your needs. Book your semi private
dining room with The Venue and leave it to us.
Accommodating groups of 8 people or more
Your dining experience will include an orchestrated evening of
both plated and family style dining.
House made assorted breads with herb whipped butter balsamic and olive oil
French Onion Soup, a classic with a twist, topped with Canadian smoked cheddar
Bison carpaccio, crispy capers, shaved grana Pedano Truffle oil and Dijon aioli
Pemberton beet salad, baby lettuce, gold and purple beets, toasted pumpkin seeds, fetta cheese balsamic reduction
Calamari, crispy calamari tossed with parsley and fresh lemon
Ahi Tuna, coriander crusted and seared rare, ponzu soy
Spring rolls Hoisin braised beef with Korean BBQ dip
Assorted Grilled vegetables tossed with pesto olive oil, roasted Roma tomato
Daily potato Roasted baby nuggets, or Garlic mash with truffle oil, or Yukon Gold potato terrine
Mixed grill: Grilled lamb chops roasted garlic and fennel pollen
Gourmet fennel sausage, locally hand crafted
Pemberton Natural Beef, New York or flat iron steaks finished with a blueberry demi glace
Classic risotto with Lemon and herb finished with grated Grana Pedano cheese
Daily Fish: West Coast Sable fish, smoked tomato beurre blanc, finished with cilantro oil
